Washcloth Bunnies

This is an easy little craft for Easter that is quick and inexpensive!   And I just love these sweet little bunnies and you and yours will also!!

How to Make Washcloth Bunnies

Washcloths in several colors
Rubber bands
Googly eyes
Pompoms for noses and tails

Spread out washcloth with corner pointing toward you

Fold Washcloth diagonally lining up ends making a triangle

Starting on the tip of the triangle , tightly roll the washcloth to the center

Fold the rolled washcloth in half

Fold the rolled washcloth in half again

Place rubber band on folded end to make the bunny's head

Tie a ribbon to cover the rubber band and make a sweet little bow. Using a glue gun, glue on googley eyes and a little pink pom pom for her little nose.

Hot glue another pompom to make the little tail

Now make her some friends!

Other crafts you might enjoy:

  1. These little bunnies bring back memories. My kids used to call them "Booboo Bunnies". We used them when they had a "booboo" by fitting an ice cube into the opening in the bunny body. The wash cloth would absorb the water as the ice cube melted and the bunny made it easy to hold an ice cube on bumps and bruises. :)

  2. Thank you for this! I had been looking for something to put in the Easter basket of my three month old grandson. No teeth - so no jelly beans, obviously! This is perfect and your directions are excellent. Pinned!

Thank you so much for your sweet comments:)))
