Top 12 Most Popular Projects/Recipes for Last Year

At the end of the year, we are all looking forward to the New Year and making our plans for the fresh start.    We are also making resolutions to make our life easier, ourselves better and happier.

Do you make New Year's resolutions or plans for the New Year?

1.  And if you don't, why do you choose not to?

2.  And if you do, what do you focus on?

We always write up some fun personal resolutions for a happier New Year, nothing major, nothing stressful.
Absolutely nothing that will bring on negative feelings later, they are always designed to bring ourselves up, not to judge our past behavior or shortcomings.

Our Resolutions are just a few changes to our direction of travel so we can obtain some of our dreams.
Maybe we should call them New Year's Dreams instead of resolutions.

On the blog before we can make our resolutions or plans, we need to look back at 2016.   We need to know from you what you enjoyed last year.

We need to know what worked in 2016, which is true not only on our blog but also in our personal lives.

With the blog, we ran the numbers based on visits and found our most popular posts for 2016.

We consider ourselves more of a cooking blog and it was curious to us, that so many of our crafty projects were in the top 12.

It appears our readers are like us, even though we love a great recipe, we can't pass up a fun little crafty project.

Here are the top 12 most popular posts from 2016, a nice combination of recipes and projects.

  1. Evelyn, For some reason I stopped receiving your emails and then last week they popped up again. Thanks for this review of 2016. I missed a lot. I just gave away a huge bag of wine bottle corks and knew I would find an idea of how to use them. It never fails. Happy New Year.

    Wishes for tasty dishes,
    Linda (aka Tumbleweed Contessa)
