Cream together butter and sugar using a hand mixer. And add in the beaten eggs and continue to whip well.
Slowly add in flour, while mixing with and then add baking powder and salt. Next, add in nuts and vanilla, and mix with a hand mixer until well combined
Pour the butter pecan cake batter into a greased bundt pan and place in the preheated oven.
Bake at 250 degrees for 2 hours or until baked through and remove from the oven and place on a cooling rack.
