Instructions

  • Wash a empty wine bottle well, remove labels and allow it to dried completely
  • Spray your bottles with the Granite Paint following label directions, allow to dry completely
  • Using your glue gun, begin at the bottom of the jar and apply a small amount of the hot glue. Press the start of the jute twine to the glue and let dry.
  • Continue wrapping around the bottle, gluing every few inches until you get back to the starting point. Continue to wrap the bottle with the jute, gluing as needed. I applied a tiny dot of glue about once every three wraps.
  • Stop wrapping at a point of your choice, whatever pleases your eye. Cut the jute twine and slide under the last row and add a dot of glue. Trim end.
  • Continue with any of your other bottles adding the jute wrap in the middle or even the top of the bottles or vases.
