  • Start your cheesy bean dip by preheating oven to 350 degrees. Place the refried beans, Rotel, 2 oz of the cream cheese, and taco seasoning in the bowl of a food processor. Blend until very smooth and well combined.
  • Add the additional cream cheese and cheddar cheese stir until well combined.
  • Spread the bean dip mixture into a baking dish and bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • After removing the dish from the oven, top with additional shredded cheese before serving, if desired. Serve this cheesy Rotel bean dip with tortilla chips.
