Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 10 ounce package frozen strawberries
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 12 ounce package frozen pineapple juice
  • 2 ½ cups lemon lime soda or exchange with sprinkling wine

Instructions

  • Place the frozen strawberries and water in the pitcher of a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Add the frozen pineapple juice and pulse to combine with the strawberry mixture.
  • Fill a couple tall glasses halfway full of strawberry pineapple mixture. This makes approximately 5 servings depending on the size of your glasses. Also would be gorgeous in a tall champagne flute.
  • Top each glass with lemon lime soda and then gently stir to combine. Or if you wish for a strawberry pineapple mimosa replace soda with a sparkling wine or champagne.
  • Garnish with fresh strawberries if desired and serve.
