  • Melt the chocolate by adding it to a Wilton melting pot, set the temperature to melt for about 10 minutes. After the chocolate is melted change the temperature setting to warm prior to dipping cookies.
  • If you don’t have a melting pot then you can melt it in the microwave if you are careful. Place your white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave it in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval, until the chocolate is smooth and thoroughly melted.
  • Dip each cookie in the melted chocolate and flip it to coat both sides. Remove the cookie from the chocolate with a fork and lightly tap the handle of the fork with your finger to help the excess chocolate drip off.
  • Place each coated cookie onto the parchment paper. Before the chocolate hardens, gently press two candy eyes on the top of the chocolate to make these nutter butter halloween cookies.
  • Allow the chocolate to cool and set before serving your cute nutter butter ghost cookies.
