  • Preheat your oven to 350° F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In small bowl, beat together the cream cheese, vanilla, and ¼ cup sugar until smooth using a hand mixer if needed.
  • In a separate small bowl, stir together the diced strawberries and 1 tablespoon sugar.
  • Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate each of the triangles. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the bottom of each triangle, then top with a spoon full of strawberries.
  • Roll up each triangle around the strawberries and cream cheese starting from the wide end.
  • Place each Strawberry Cream Cheese Crescent Roll on the parchment lined baking sheet.
  • Brush the top of each crescent roll with a beaten egg. Bake in the preheated oven for 11 to 13 minutes, until golden brown.
  • Allow your strawberry cheesecake crescent Rolls to cool. Then whisk together the powdered sugar and cream in a small bowl.
  • Drizzle the glaze over the top of each crescent roll before serving.
  • Serve these strawberry filled croissants for a breakfast treat. Also great for brunch!
