Ingredients

  • 2 8 ounce packages cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill
  • 2 tablespoons fresh oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup pecans finely chopped

Instructions

  • Use your herb scissors or a sharp knife and chop 2 tablespoons of each of your fresh herbs. Add the softened cream cheese, parmesan cheese and the chopped fresh parsley, chives, dill, oregano into a medium bowl. Sprinkle in the garlic powder, and onion powder and stir until very well blended.
  • Form the mixture into a ball and wrap tightly with plastic wrap. Place it in the refrigerator to chill for at least one hour.
  • When the garlic herb cheese ball has hardened, remove the plastic wrap from the ball and coat the outside in chopped pecans.
  • Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve. We love serving this garlic herb cheese ball on one of our charcuterie boards with cheese knives and an array of crackers.
