Ingredients

  • 24 frozen mini pancakes we used Hungry Jack
  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 4 strawberries cut in half
  • Powdered sugar for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350° F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the frozen pancakes in an even layer on the baking sheet and top with a second piece of parchment paper.
  • Bake the mini pancakes in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, until softened. Allow the pancakes to cool slightly, then spread a layer of Nutella over the top of 8 of the mini pancakes.
  • Place a pancake on top on the Nutella covered pancake and spread on another layer of Nutella.
  • Place a third pancake on top of the stack and top with a half of a strawberry. Push a toothpick into the center of the stack to hold the ingredients together.
  • Dust with powdered sugar and serve immediately.
