  • Place the tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, and cumin in a food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Add in the drained chickpeas, bell pepper, and then feta cheese and blend until very smooth.
  • Add salt and black pepper to taste and blend well. And if making a spicy red pepper hummus then add cayenne pepper at this time and blend.
  • Spoon into a dip bowl and top with additional chopped red bell pepper, olive oil and either Italian seasoning or paprika. Serve with crisp veggies crackers or pita bread.
