Place the tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, and cumin in a food processor and blend until smooth.
Add in the drained chickpeas, bell pepper, and then feta cheese and blend until very smooth.
Add salt and black pepper to taste and blend well. And if making a spicy red pepper hummus then add cayenne pepper at this time and blend.
Spoon into a dip bowl and top with additional chopped red bell pepper, olive oil and either Italian seasoning or paprika. Serve with crisp veggies crackers or pita bread.
