St Patrick’s day pretzels
Make St Patrick’s day pretzels candy coated shamrocks for a special snack. This easy shamrock shaped treat is made with pretzels, white chocolate and candy and is sure to be a crowd pleaser.
Microwave safe bowl
Place your vanilla bark or white chocolate in a microwave safe bowl and place in microwave. Microwave the chocolate for 30 seconds and stir, microwave for an additional 15 seconds if needed.
Remove from microwave and dip three pretzels, completely coating them with the chocolate.
Place pretzels on a parchment covered sheet pan and line them up in a shamrock pattern. (triangle openings together) Make sure the candy coated pretzels are touching so as they cool, they will be attached together.
While your chocolate is still melted, add a green candy M&M to the center and add green sprinkles.
Repeat with the remaining pretzels and then place them in the freezer or refrigerator until set. Serve and enjoy!
