Ingredients

  • 4 large carrots peeled and quartered
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 sprigs dill
  • 2 tablespoons garlic minced
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  • Place your steamer basket into your instant pot and pour in one cup water. Place your peeled and quartered carrots into the steamer basket.
  • Put the lid on your instant pot and place valve to sealed position. Press the pressure cook button and set timer to 6 minutes. But if you’d like them very tender go with 8 minutes.
  • Once the pot stops counting release the pressure and place the cooked carrots into a bowl. Remove the steamer basket and drain water. Turn the instant pot to sauté mode and add the butter, garlic, and dill.
  • Place the cooked carrots back into the pot. Sauté for about two minutes and turn off the pot.
  • Serve your garlic butter dill carrots topped with more fresh dill. Enjoy!
