Instructions

  • Combine the coffee and water in a carafe or large pitcher. Place it into the refrigerator and allow to chill for at least 12 hours or up to 24 hours. After chilling, pour the coffee through a coffee filter to strain out the grounds.
Tip: Use a canning funnel to hold the filter in place.
  • Make the chocolate peppermint cream by combining the heavy cream, milk, chocolate syrup, peppermint extract, and sugar. You can use a milk frother or hand mixer to mix the ingredients until frothy.
  • Hold the glass at an angle and turn it as you drizzle insides with chocolate syrup. Fill your glass with ice cubes.
  • Pour the cold brew coffee into the glass until its about ¾ full.
  • Fill the remainder of your glass with the peppermint whipped cream and stir to mix.
  • Add spray whipped cream to the top of this delicious chocolate peppermint cold brew. Then sprinkle with crushed peppermint candy and add a couple of festive straws. And enjoy the season!!
