  • 6 pickle spears
  • 4 ounces cream cheese room temperature
  • 12 slices fully cooked bacon


  • Preheat your oven to 375 ° F. Lay your pickle spears on a cutting board and use a spoon to remove the seeds from the center of each spear. Cut each spear into quarters and use a paper towel to dry the top of each piece.
  • Spoon a dab of cream cheese on top of each pickle piece using all the cream cheese.
  • Cut each piece of the cooked bacon in half and wrap one half around each pickle piece. Secure the bacon in place with a toothpick.
  • Place the stuffed pickles wrapped in bacon on a baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes, until the bacon is crispy and serve immediately.
