Dirty Diet Coke

If you haven’t tried a dirty diet coke then you are in for an indulgent treat. Coconut syrup, lime juice and half and half added to diet or regular coke is the bomb!!

Ingredients

  • 1 12 ounce can Diet coke
  • 2 tablespoons coconut syrup
  • 1 tablespoon sweetened lime syrup
  • 2 tablespoons half and half
  • Ice
  • 1-2 ounces of rum (optional, very very optional)

Instructions

  • Fill 2 glasses full of ice and evenly divide the 12 ounce Diet Coke between the two glasses.
  • Add one tablespoon of coconut syrup to each glass of coke
  • Add ½ tablespoon of sweetened lime syrup to each glass and stir lightly to mix.
  • Pour one tablespoon of the half and half (or more to taste) over the top of each glass.
  • Add sliced limes and a fun straw for garnish and serve this dirty diet coke immediately.
