Antipasto Skewers

Antipasto Skewers make a great presentation and antipasto on a stick seems to tastes better. Serve Antipasto kabobs at dinner, football, or cocktail parties

Instructions

  • Cook the tortellini according to the package directions, drain and rinse with cold water.  Place the tortellini in a bowl and coat liberally with Italian Dressing.  Cover and refrigerate for an hour. 
  • Place all the antipasto ingredients in different bowls, in the order you wish to place them on the skewers.  For instance: Tomatoes, black olives, basil leaves, mozzarella balls, salami slices, green olives, basil leaves and the tortellinis.
  • Place the ingredients on each skewer, folding the basil leaves in half and the salami slices in fourths.  Repeat order the order until the stick is filled.
  • Place the antipasto skewers on a serving plate and sprinkle with additional Italian salad dressing.  Serve
