Divide chicken cubes, pineapple cubes, bell pepper slices, onion chunks into 8 equal portions for each skewer
Thread chicken alternately with the pineapple, bell pepper, onion onto skewers until all are used. (remember if using wooden skewers to soak them for at least 30 minutes prior)
Grill on medium-high heat until chicken is no longer pink in the center (about 6-8 minutes on each side)
Brush or Mop on BBQ Sauce and grill for 1-2 minutes on each side
