  • Pour water in the inner pot of the Instant Pot. Add baby carrots.
  • Cover the Instant Pot with its lid and set on high pressure for 2 minutes.
  • Once the time is up, allow for a 5 minute NPR (natural pressure release). Remove lid and drain water from the inner pot.
  • Set Instant Pot to saute function.
  • Add butter, brown sugar and honey to the steamed carrots. Stir until all ingredients have melted into the baby carrots. Turn off the saute function.
  • Serve in a large bowl and season with salt and pepper. Garnish with chopped walnuts. Serve and enjoy!
