Equipment

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup finely chopped bacon
  • ¼ cup ranch dressing
  • 2 green onions finely chopped
  • 4 large burrito flour tortillas

Instructions

  • In a small mixing bowl, stir together the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, ranch seasoning, and green onion.
  • Place the flour tortillas in a row, making sure the edges are lined up and the ends are overlapping. Spread the cream cheese mixture in an even layer over all the tortillas.
  • Starting at one end, roll up the tortillas into a large log one by one. Wrap each log in plastic wrap. Continue rolling until you have four logs. Place the cream cheese ranch roll ups logs the refrigerator to chill for at least 2 hours. (At this point the logs can stay in the refrigerator for 24 hours)
  • When you are ready to serve these bacon and ranch pinwheels, remove the plastic wrap and cut off the uneven ends. Cut the tortillas into even slices.
  • Place on chilled serving plate and enjoy!

Notes

TIP: Anytime I served a food chilled, I always place the serving plate in the refrigerator prior to filling. This will allow the food to stay
