  • Start the spiced caramel apple cider by making the cinnamon syrup. Add the water, sugar, and cinnamon sticks in a small saucepan and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Heat the ingredients over medium heat, bringing the liquid to a simmer. Continue simmering for five minutes, stirring often.
  • Remove the cinnamon sticks from the pot and transfer the cinnamon syrup to a jar or other container.
  • Combine the apple juice with two tablespoons of the cinnamon syrup in a small saucepan. Heat this spiced apple cider, over medium low heat until the juice begins to simmer.
  • Drizzle caramel syrup around the sides of two clear glass coffee cups, allowing some to puddle in the bottom.
  • Divide and pour the hot spiced apple cider between the caramel drizzled clear cups.
  • Top with whipped cream and drizzle more caramel syrup on top before serving. Also you can sprinkle cinnamon on top.
  • Serve Immediately
