Instructions
Cook eggs into hardboiled eggs. An
egg cooker makes
it so easy.
When cool, peel the eggs and
slice in half lengthwise
Remove yolks and place in a small bowl.
Add mayonnaise, yellow mustard, salt, and pepper.
Using a dinner fork, mash egg yolks and mix well.
Spoon into the white egg halves or use a
cake decorator
to make them prettier
Using
herb scissors
or kitchen shears cut chives into small pieces and arrange to appear as football lacing
