Cookie Directions: Add all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix until combined. The dough will be a little sticky.
Transfer dough onto a lightly floured surface or dough board and work gently with hands.
Form into a large ball and wrap in plastic wrap. Place in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Remove dough from fridge and Form dough into 1-inch balls and place them on a greased baking sheet.
Gently flatten with a fork and bake for 15 minutes or until bottom edges are lightly brown.
Frosting Directions: Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. Add the amount of pink food coloring to your desired tint
If frosting is too thin, add more powdered sugar. If it is too thick, add more milk.
Frost each cookie and sprinkle with Valentine Sprinkles
