1 8 ounces package cream cheese softened 2 5.3 ounce containers Greek yogurt ½ cup Splenda 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup heavy whipping cream 1 20 ounce can zero sugar cherry pie filling
Add the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, Splenda, and vanilla extract into a mixing bowl.
Beat the mixture until smooth and set aside.
In a separate bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well blended.
Divide the cheesecake mixture evenly over 6 cups.
Top each low carb cheesecake cup with 2 tablespoons of sugar free cherry pie filling.
Place the keto cherry cheesecake cups in refrigerator and chill at least 2 hours before serving
