No Bake Cherry Cheesecake Cups are made from a rich decadent low carb cherry cheesecake recipe.  This low carb cheesecake cup is topped with sugar free cherry pie filling.

Ingredients

  • 1 8 ounces package cream cheese softened
  • 2 5.3 ounce containers Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup Splenda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 20 ounce can zero sugar cherry pie filling

Instructions

  • Add the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, Splenda, and vanilla extract into a mixing bowl.
  • Beat the mixture until smooth and set aside.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well blended.
  • Divide the cheesecake mixture evenly over 6 cups.
  • Top each low carb cheesecake cup with 2 tablespoons of sugar free cherry pie filling.
  • Place the keto cherry cheesecake cups in refrigerator and chill at least 2 hours before serving
