Preheat oven to 350°F.
Line a 9 × 13-inch baking pan with parchment paper and lightly spray with cooking spray.
In a mixing bowl, add the crushed graham cracker crumbs and melted butter and mix until well combined.
Press the graham cracker mixture firmly into the bottom of the pan.
Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust.
Layer white chocolate chips, then semi-sweet chocolate chips.
Sprinkle coconut and chopped nuts evenly over the top.
Press down gently to compact the layers.
Place in preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
Remove from oven and loosen edges with a knife while still warm.
Cool completely on a wire rack, then cut into 24 bars.
