Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream divided
  • 1 packet taco seasoning 2 tablespoons
  • cup salsa
  • 4 green onions finely chopped
  • 2 cups fiesta blend cheese shredded
  • 1 cup lettuce shredded
  • ¼ Red Bell Pepper
  • ¼ Orange Bell Pepper

Instructions

  • In a small mixing bowl, mix the cream cheese, ½ cup sour cream, and the taco seasoning together until very smooth and very well combined.
  • Spread the cream cheese taco mixture evenly over the bottom of a large rectangular serving platter.
  • Evenly spread a layer of the salsa over the cream cheese layer and then sprinkle on the chopped green onions.
  • Sprinkle all of the shredded cheese evenly over the top of the salsa.
  • Top the center of the cheese layer with the shredded lettuce, leaving cheese on each end of the platter to form the end zones.
  • Spoon the remaining ½ cup of the sour cream to a piping bag and cut the tip off the bag. Draw yard lines on top of the lettuce with the sour cream.
  • Slice the bell peppers into slices then cut into squares and place on top of the football field dip lined up as football players
  • Serve with tortilla or corn chips.
