Garlic Herb Butter Recipe

A Garlic Herb Butter recipe, perfect for enhancing summer grilling. Made with softened unsalted butter, fresh parsley, chives, and minced garlic, this herb butter adds a burst of flavor to steak, veggies, pasta, or baked potatoes.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup unsalted butter 1 stick
  • ¼ cup Fresh Parsley chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh chives sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced

Instructions

  • Place butter in a small bowl and allow to come to room temperature
  • Add parsley, chives, and garlic.    Mix with a fork, mashing all herbs into the butter
  • Place mixture on a piece of clear wrap, roll into a log shape, twist ends to seal. 
  • Or butter can be shaped into heartslogs or even butterflies.  
  • Chill in fridge until firm.  Can be stored in the fridge for a week or in the freezer for a couple months
