Instructions

  • Break or chop your vanilla bark (or white chocolate) into smaller pieces and place them in a microwave-safe bowl.
  • Microwave on high for 30 seconds, then remove and stir well with a spoon or spatula. If it’s not fully melted and smooth yet, continue microwaving in 15-second bursts, stirring after each one, until it’s completely creamy and lump-free. (This prevents scorching—white chocolate melts quickly, so keep an eye on it!)
  • Carefully remove the bowl from the microwave (it’ll be warm!). Using a fork or your fingers, dip three mini pretzels completely into the smooth, melted vanilla bark or white chocolate, coating them fully on all sides for that perfect even layer.
  • Let any excess chocolate drip off back into the bowl before moving on to arrange them into your shamrock shape.
  • Working quickly while the chocolate is still wet, place the three dipped mini pretzels on a parchment-lined baking sheet (or wax paper) to form a shamrock shape.
  • Arrange them so the curved sides touch in the center, creating a clover with three rounded “leaves” and the triangle openings pointing together. Gently press them so they’re touching or slightly overlapping in the middle—this helps them stick together as the chocolate sets and cools. (Pro tip: If they shift a bit, just nudge them back into place before the coating hardens!)
  • While the melted chocolate (or vanilla bark) is still nice and wet, quickly add one green M&M right in the center where the three pretzels meet—this becomes the perfect little shamrock “stem” or heart!
  • Then, generously sprinkle green sprinkles all over the coated pretzels to give them that festive, lucky sparkle. Work fast so everything sticks before it starts to set!
