  • In a large mixing bowl, Add the Bisquick (or pancake mix), milk, and eggs.
  • Using a whisk, mix the ingredients until the pancake batter is smooth and well combined—avoid over mixing to keep it light and fluffy!
  • Peel the bananas, cut each one in half crosswise, then slice each half lengthwise into thin strips (about 3-4 strips per half for easy dipping).
  • Dip the banana strips into the pancake batter, turning them gently to ensure each piece is fully and evenly coated on all sides. Let any excess batter drip off before cooking for the best results.
  • Heat a nonstick griddle or skillet over medium heat. Cook the batter-coated banana strips for about 2 minutes per side, or longer if you prefer a deeper golden color and crispier exterior—flip carefully with a spatula for even cooking. 
  • Once the banana pancake dippers are golden and cooked through, carefully remove them from the griddle and let them cool slightly on a plate.
  • Pour warm maple syrup into small individual dipping bowls and serve alongside these fun, delicious dippers for easy, mess-free enjoyment!
