Kids love finger food, basically anything that be picked up and eaten.  We have made several items that are easy to eat, usually using skewers like our pizza skewers.   And eating anything on a stick seems to taste better to them and frankly to me.  But you don’t have to be a kid to enjoy these, we love them and make sure they are a routine breakfast menu item.  And in fact we believe these are less messy than regular pancakes.
