Preheat your oven to 400° degrees F. Place onion, garlic and lemon in a casserole dish or roasting pan large enough for your half turkey breast.
Pour the one half cup of chicken broth over the ingredients.
Pat the turkey breast dry with a kitchen paper towel and place into the casserole dish. Use a spoon or your fingers to pull the turkey skin away from the flesh. Insert the butter in between the turkey skin and flesh.
Put the skin back and press the butter to spread it around under the skin.
Rub your poultry seasoning all over the turkey breast
Carefully drizzle the olive oil over the half turkey breast.
Place in the preheated oven uncovered for 35-45 minutes, until an inserted meat thermometer reads 160° F.
