  • Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with aluminum foil, leaving some overhang for easy removal, and lightly spray it with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Place the white chocolate chips in a large microwave-safe bowl.
  • Microwave the chips in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each one, until they are fully melted and smooth.
  • Add the strawberry frosting to the melted chocolate and stir until completely combined and smooth.
  • Pour the pink fudge mixture into the prepared pan. Use a spatula or the back of a spoon to smooth it out evenly.
  • Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours, or until fully set and firm.
  • Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the foil overhang. Peel away the foil, then cut into squares and enjoy!
