Our Christmas Coconut Rum Cocktail can be made easily and it brings a little bit a paradise to winter. Rum and coconut always bring to mind sunshine and tropical shores. But this cocktail is garnished with those gorgeous colors of the Christmas season, red and green. So we are blending south seas flavors and morphing it into a winter cocktail.
This coconut rum cocktail is not a Coquito that is frequently enjoyed around Christmastime in Puerto Rico communities. Our Christmas Rum Cocktail contains rum, coconut milk but with a dash of lime juice.
