- 1 pound (3 cups) Fresh Strawberries
- 2 Tablespoons Brandy
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 bottle Sparkling wine or Champagne
- Remove green tops from strawberries and cut strawberries into halves or quarters
- Blend strawberries, powdered sugar, and brandy in a blender until very smooth
