How to make a Sparkling Strawberry Bellini

 This Strawberry Bellini is made with a strawberry puree and topped with a bubbling wine.   Just look, you can see all that sparkling flavors, Strawberry Bellinis are fresh, fruity and bubbly fun.

I mean we adore any little beverage that is made with a sparkling wine. And it’s like the bubbles are celebrating by jumping and dancing in your glass.  This strawberry bellini is just made for celebrating.
I know what you are asking, what is the difference between a mimosa and bellini?   And how to make a Bellini?

Our love is given to a mimosa and a bellini equally, but there is a difference in these fruity little beverages.

Simply speaking a mimosa is made with juice normally orange juice while a Bellini is made with a fruit puree usually a peach puree.
While peach is delicious in a Bellini, we decided to go in a different direction today and make a strawberry puree.
You know where there is little love in the air, strawberries are almost a must and with this 3 step recipe, it only takes a minute or two to begin to celebrate.   We are here today to tell you how to make a Bellini with strawberries.

Also, this Strawberry Bellini shouldn’t only be for celebrating with your sweetie it should be on the menu for any girl’s night in!  Am I  right Ladies?

How to make a Bellini

This Strawberry Bellini recipe is simple, spin a blender and pop a cork and the celebrations can begin.   And did you know that there are Stemless Flute Glasses now and I’m in love with them?  Oh yes, I am!

So go ahead and use these easy instructions on how to make a Bellini and enjoy.

 This is how to make Bellini with a strawberry fruit puree and topped with a sparkling wine

Course: Beverage

Ingredients
  • 1 pound (3 cups) Fresh Strawberries
  • 2 Tablespoons Brandy
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 bottle Sparkling wine or Champagne
Instructions
  1. Remove green tops from strawberries and cut strawberries into halves or quarters
  2. Blend strawberries, powdered sugar, and brandy in a blender until very smooth
  3. Fill champagne flutes about 1/4 with the strawberry mixture, add sparkling wine (champagne), give it a quick stir and then add more sparkling wine (champagne) till full
