Adding sugar to the rim of your glass is optional but we kinda like the idea.  Pour a couple of tablespoons of white sugar in a saucer.  Then rub the rim of a Hurricane Glass with lime, making sure the rim is wet.   Dip the glass into the sugar creating a rim of sugar.  Repeat with the remaining three glasses.
