Fall Sangria
A delicious rich sangria with all the flavors of Fall

- 1/2 orange
- 1/2 apple
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 bottle red wine I recommend Marques de Caceres Crianza Red Wine
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice or a mixture of ground cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice
- 1 1/2 oz triple sec
- 1 oz cranberry liqueur
- 2 cups lemon-lime soda
Roughly chop the orange and apple into small chunks and place into the bottom of a large jug.
Sprinkle over the sugar and muddle everything with a muddler, until most of the sugar has dissolved.
Stir in the other ingredients and leave in the fridge for at least 50 minutes for the flavors to infuse before serving.
