A delicious twist to this classic salad is topping it with Balsamic Pearls. These Balsamic Pearls are created from 8-month aged balsamic vinegar. These Balsamic Pearls go through a special process to be transformed into small jelly balls with a thin outer layer and a juicy core. In this way, vinegar returns to its initial shape; to grapes’ rounded shape, that bursts in your mouth releasing its unique flavor. And Balsamic Pearls upgrades a caprese salad with a unique flavor and colorful beauty.
With all the fresh vegetables coming out of the garden this summer, you need to make this easy Salad. It’s so good and is the perfect complement to any dish and especially an Italian dish. This is especially good with heritage tomatoes and these bring all-new colors to this salad with or without Balsamic Pearls.
