Balsamic Tomatoes with Feta Cheese
- 3 large tomatoes sliced
- 4 Tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup of feta cheese
- salt and pepper
- Arrange the tomato slices on a serving dish.
- Drizzle the balsamic vinegar and olive oil over the top
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Loosely cover and place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Prior to serving, sprinkle the feta cheese on top
