Fresh Sliced Tomatoes with Balsamic Vinegar and topped with Feta Cheese
- 3 large tomatoes sliced
- 4 Tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup of feta cheese
- salt and pepper
Arrange the tomato slices on a serving dish.
Drizzle the balsamic vinegar and olive oil over the top
Salt and pepper to taste
Loosely cover and place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Prior to serving, sprinkle the feta cheese on top
