This is a low carb chocolate recipe, and the only extra things you might need to buy is a candy mold and Swerve sweetener. Swerve is a sugar substitute but without a bitter after taste and we love that it measures like sugar. So it’s easy to replace an equal amount of sugar with Swerve in most recipes. They say that it does not affect blood sugar, so the carbs in it are considered no impact. Another great find for low carb diets or anyone watching their sugar intake.
How to make these low carb chocolate fat bombs:

Start the Chocolate Fat Bomb recipe by beating cream cheese with a mixer until fluffy. Add butter, vanilla, swerve, chocolate chips and coconut oil.
Mix until well blended, and the mixture looks like this. Get a silicone fat bomb mold or silicone candy mold.
Press the keto chocolate mixture into the silicone mold and place in the freezer for one hour. Remove from the freezer and pop out of the molds. Drizzle the melted chocolate over each piece. Place back into the freezer for 10 minutes.
Serve and enjoy these delicious low carb chocolate snacks for conquering that chocolate craving while staying on your diet goals.

Triple Chocolate Fat Bombs
- Start by beating your cream cheese with a mixer until fluffy.
- Add in butter, vanilla, Swerve, chocolate chips, and coconut oil.
- Mix until well blended.
- Press mixture firmly into candy molds.
- Place in freezer for one hour.
- Pop out of molds.
- Melt 1/2 cup of sugar-free mini chocolate chips. Take the melted chocolate and drizzle over fat bombs.
- Freeze again for 10 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
