Yummo…. I have some wild Alaskan salmon chilling in my freezer and a brand new cedar plank I haven't used but have had for oh, I don't know, about 2 years. I am going to break this out for THIS recipe.

What a GREAT recipe. My husband would absolutely LOVE this. I just hope I can find those neat planks. I've seen it done before but haven't done it myself. And the salsa sounds like it is delish.

I've only done cedar planked salmon a handful of times–don't know why I don't do this more often since it's so good. Sounds like a winner with the mango salsa.

Cedar planked is one of our fav ways to prepare salmon. Can't wait to try the mango salsa with it next time. And we get our salmon from Costco. It is quite good.
