I love your cedar planked salmon, with the Mango Salsa.
The mango salsa looks delicious!
Yummo…. I have some wild Alaskan salmon chilling in my freezer and a brand new cedar plank I haven't used but have had for oh, I don't know, about 2 years. I am going to break this out for THIS recipe.
My sister is a big salmon eater and she has one of these planks. I should look into getting one for my mom — she loves salmon too!
This salmon looks delicious and healthy too.
What a GREAT recipe. My husband would absolutely LOVE this. I just hope I can find those neat planks. I've seen it done before but haven't done it myself. And the salsa sounds like it is delish.
This recipe seriously looks delish!
I've only done cedar planked salmon a handful of times–don't know why I don't do this more often since it's so good. Sounds like a winner with the mango salsa.
Cedar planked is one of our fav ways to prepare salmon. Can't wait to try the mango salsa with it next time. And we get our salmon from Costco. It is quite good.
