We love a great dip here on Ranch and not just for get-to-gathers but for any night of the week.  But sometimes we really need to watch those pesky calories and fats and make it a little healthier.  This roasted red pepper & feta hummus is lower in bad fats and higher in healthy nutrition but it really rocks those flavors we love.  And by adding a little cayenne pepper we can make it a spicy red pepper hummus!  YUM!

Roasted Red Pepper dip made from chickpeas

Hummus is a dip made from chickpeas but can be a little flavorless to me.    We love adding flavors such as roasted red peppers, minced garlic and tahini plus a little feta cheese and even a little cayenne pepper.
