This 7 layer dip is the perfect accompaniment for a Cinco de Mayo party with all those gorgeous colors.  And it brings a festive air to any Mexican fiesta.    We love to grab a serape tablecloth and add a few bright napkins and set a buffet-style table.   Add a pitcher Margaritas or Sangria and let the festivities begin.
We also serve this Mexican Layer Dip at Family reunions, with drinks on the patio and of course its a must for  Super Bowl.    It’s easier than making nachos and it takes them to a new level since it’s an Ultimate Layered Nacho Dip.     Serve this dip with any of our other game day recipes for a great Super Bowl party.

I am a HUGE Cowboys fan! I lived in Dallas during the 90's Super Bowls and became a fan when my dad took me to see the Cowboys play. I got to see the triplets play!!! This dip looks so yummy and seven layer dip has been a favorite of mine since I was little but I've never made one. I think it's about time. :) Thanks for sharing
