Use a 12 pack of dinner rolls, either Hawaiian Sweet rolls or if you don’t like sweet rolls then you could use these brioche rolls.  Cut the rolls and fill them with plenty of turkey and slices of cheese.  And then top these baked turkey and cheese sandwiches with a butter/dijon mustard mixture and add a sprinkle of poultry seasoning.   After you assemble these leftover turkey sliders, you bake them in your oven to melt that creamy Swiss cheese. The combo of these flavors is just amazingly delish!
