Easy Chicken Bake

I don't use prepared foods very often but sometimes they just add the perfect touch:))
This is a great weeknight dish that combines fresh veggies, chicken and some prepared foods to create a easy homemade dish!

Or it can be a great way to use leftover Turkey and Dressing after Thanksgiving.

Easy Chicken Bake

  • 2 ribs of celery, sliced
  • 1 whole carrot, chopped into bite size pieces
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons of Butter
  • 1 lb of cooked chicken breast, chopped (can also use cooked turkey)
  • 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 cup of sour cream
  • 1 pk of Stovetop Stuffing Mix for Chicken (or leftover Thanksgiving dressing)
1. Saute celery, carrots and onions in butter until soft.
2. Prepare stuffing according to package directions and set aside.
3. Gently mix cooled veggies, chicken, soup and sour cream in a large bowl.
4. Pour the chicken and veggie mixture into a 8 X 8 inch baking dish and top with stuffing.
5. Bake 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
