Parmesan Peas

We love peas here on the The Ranch especially those sweet spring peas!   This is an easy little recipe to bring simple peas up a notch!  Just add a few extra ingredients and its sure to delight your family!

Parmesan Peas
  • 1 Package of frozen green peas
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 teaspoon grated lemon peel
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
1. Cook peas as directed on package
2. Drain.
3. Toss with remaining ingredients and serve topped with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
