This is about the easiest but most awesome salsa ever!
Black Bean and Corn Salad
- 1 (15oz) can of black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (15oz) can of whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 (16oz) can of salsa
1. Stir together the black beans, corn and salsa.
2. Cover and place in fridge for at least an hour for flavors to marry
3. Serve with tortilla chips!
