Watermelon Star Cake



This Watermelon Star Cake is a fun healthy way to celebrate Memorial Day or the 4th of July.  OK, its not really a "cake" but it looks like one but without all those nasty little calories!! 
 This sweet cake is made with  all fresh fruit and a low calorie cream topping.   


Watermelon Star Cake
Ingredients
  • Blueberries or blackberries
  • Strawberries
  • Watermelon
  • Light whipped cream
Instructions
1. Cut a 2-3 inch slice from center of watermelon.
2. Lay the slice flat on a cutting board and draw a 5 point star on the slice.
3. Using a sharp knife carefully cut out the star.
4. Decorate with the cream, blueberries and strawberries.
