Grilled Peaches with Feta Cheese Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 fresh peaches
- ½ cup honey
- ½ cup chopped pecans
- ½ cup of crumbled Feta Cheese
🥣 Recipe Tips
- Choose Firm, Ripe Peaches: Select peaches that are ripe but still firm to hold their shape on the grill. Overripe peaches can become mushy, while underripe ones lack sweetness—grill-ready peaches should give slightly when pressed for the best smoky-sweet flavor.
- Prevent Sticking with Oil: Lightly brush or spray the peach halves with olive oil or cooking spray before grilling to prevent sticking to the grates and to enhance caramelization, ensuring a beautiful char and easy removal from the grill.
- Toast Pecans for Extra Crunch: For added depth, lightly toast the chopped pecans in a dry skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes before topping the peaches—this intensifies their nutty flavor, complementing the honey and feta perfectly.
How to Grill Peaches:

Start with firm ripe fresh peaches, cut into halves and remove the pit removed. Heat up the grill or heat up a grill pan on the stove. Spray the peach halves with a cooking spray or brush with olive oil and grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
How to Make Honey Grilled Peaches with Pecans and Feta:
