Cold Buffalo Chicken Dip

This cold buffalo chicken dip is made with chopped chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese and Franks buffalo sauce that adds a punch of flavor and heat.   It’s so easy to throw together and makes an extra ordinary dip.  Plus it’s a gluten free buffalo chicken dip recipe.  NOTE: be sure to double check your ingredient’s label for gluten, different brands will possible use gluten coatings or ingredients.

I don’t think there are ever enough dips at any get-to-gathers or game day parties.  And we all love a great snack where you can grab a quick bite while chatting and having fun with friends.  So we are always on the prowl for easy dips and appetizers.  And we are loving these blend of flavors no fuss appetizer.  

 

Cold buffalo chicken dip recipe:

cheese, cream cheese, ranch dressing and sauce

Ingredients:

  • 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup finely chopped cooked chicken
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ⅓  cup buffalo sauce (Frank’s)
  • 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix

How to make this gluten free buffalo chicken dip:

In a medium mixing bowl add the cream cheese, chicken, cheddar cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch seasoning.

Gently stir the until very well combined.  Transfer to a serving bowl, cover and place in refrigerator to chill for at least one hour.

Remove from fridge, uncover and if desired top with additional shredded cheese.  Or you could also could top it with chopped green onions, black olives, chopped jalapeños, chopped green chile or sprinkled with paprika.
