This is a new recipe that I have just discovered and it is amazing. It is a spinoff from a Hellman’s best food parmesan chicken recipe. And today we are trying it using chicken thighs and also adding extra flavor with a hot sauce marinade. From the creamy mayonnaise to the crispy Panko crumbs, it’s a play on textures and flavors, you simply can’t resist! Perfect for weeknight dinners or hosting, everyone’s bound to love it.

Ingredients:
- 6 chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup hot sauce
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Parmesan
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/3 cup Panko breadcrumbs

Instructions for Hellmans Chicken:
Preheat your oven to 425F. Place the chicken thighs in a 8” x 8” casserole dish and cover with the hot sauce. Then set them aside.

Spread the mayonnaise mixture over the top of the chicken making sure the top is completely covered.

Top the best foods chicken thighs with the panko breadcrumbs.

- In a small bowl, add the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese and garlic powder and stir to combine well.
- Spread the mayonnaise mixture over the top of the chicken making sure the top is completely covered.
- Top the best foods chicken thighs with the panko breadcrumbs.
- Place in your preheated oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes until golden and an inserted meat thermometer reads 165F.
- Remove from oven and serve

I've never tried oven fried chicken before, the chicken looks so yummy.
This sounds wonderful. I usually just soak chicken breasts in salt water and then rinse them before cooking but this sounds so much better. I seldom cook like this but I am willing to try. 😀 Thanks for sharing
